This year's Advent theme is "Awake to Jesus".
Four congregations are working together to follow-up on our Awake Outreach last spring.
We are calling our church family to pray, receive and give this Christmas season as we celebrate Jesus coming as a child and being "God with us". Prayer is how we commune with God and where we ask him to work in us and others. We need to pray!
Also, may we each receive what God wants to give us this year. Let's expect God to meet us powerfully. And may we share generously as our Lord has been generous to us by giving of all we are and have. We need more of God through each of these themes and so do those around us.
